Supply, installation and commissioning of a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer

Summary

The CENIEH consortium is procuring one MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer for intensive, automated paleoproteomics, archaeometry and biomolecular research, including peptide mass fingerprinting and ZooMS analysis. The contract includes delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance tests and initial training, with a three-month delivery and implementation period. The system is intended to process around 500 samples per month initially and must support MALDI plates with at least 384 positions; the estimated value is €500,000 excluding VAT.
