Group accident insurance for Tax Agency staff on duty travel and customs personnel

Summary

The Spanish Tax Agency is procuring a single, worldwide group accident insurance policy for approximately 6,640 staff: employees travelling temporarily on duty outside their work municipality, operational Customs Surveillance staff, and staff of the Customs and Excise Department. Cover includes work-related accidents, including commuting accidents for the latter groups, and provides benefits for accidental death, permanent disability, severe disability, total orphanhood and certain adaptation expenses. The contract runs for one year from 1 April 2027, with an option to extend for up to one further year; the maximum budget is €249,100 including taxes and surcharges. The procurement is not divided into lots.
