Installation of stands and adaptation of spaces for the Central Defence Academy’s 2026–2027 ceremonies

Summary

The Central Defence Academy is procuring the installation, security, maintenance and dismantling of event structures and related services for two ceremonies in Madrid: the flag oath ceremony on 18 December 2026 and the presentation of appointment commissions to graduating cadets on 15 July 2027. The works include one main stand, one covered area for authorities, two covered guest stands with a total capacity of at least 860 seated guests and spaces for 8 people with disabilities, 150 perimeter barriers and 9 portable toilets. The contract also covers transport, cleaning, collection and return of the equipment; the budget is €71,688.86 including VAT. There are no separate lots.
