Framework agreement for maritime and fisheries training services

Summary

The Social Institute of the Navy is procuring a framework agreement for maritime and fisheries vocational training at the Bamio and Isla Cristina National Training Centres and at 25 provincial offices. The 28 lots cover courses leading to maritime certificates and professional competencies, including safety, firefighting, survival craft and rescue, ship operations and cargo handling, communications, navigation, engineering, fishing and maritime English. The agreement runs for 24 months from 1 March 2027 or the day after signature if later, with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The estimated initial value is €9,269,079.83 excluding VAT; actual courses and volumes will depend on the contracting authority’s needs.
