Analysis of CELAD doping-control urine samples – November 2026

Summary

The Spanish State Agency for the Commission for the Fight against Doping in Sport (CELAD) is procuring one contract for analysis of urine samples collected under its doping-control plan while the ISCIII doping-control laboratory is temporarily out of service. The estimated workload is 320 analyses: 175 basic out-of-competition panels, 90 complete in-competition panels, 25 ESA analyses, 20 GHRF analyses, 5 steroid-profile confirmations and 5 GC-C-IRMS analyses. The contract runs until 31 December 2026, or ends earlier if the ISCIII laboratory resumes activity.
