Adaptation of spaces to improve habitability at Torrejón Air Base

Summary

Spain’s Ministry of Defence is procuring one service lot to adapt interior and exterior spaces at Torrejón Air Base, including masonry, flooring, tiling, painting, ceilings, drainage and sanitary works, as well as associated materials and waste removal. The estimated value is €60,000 excluding VAT (€72,600 including VAT); the works are to be completed within one month of contract signing and before 15 December 2026.
