Directors and Management Liability Insurance Policy

Summary

RTVE is procuring a single-lot directors’ and management liability insurance policy covering personal liability for loss caused to third parties in the course of management duties. The one-year policy, effective from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2028, must include both layers of cover: a €10 million primary layer and a €20 million excess layer, for a combined indemnity limit of €30 million. Cover is worldwide and includes the existing policy’s coverages, with retroactive continuity requested.
