Rental and maintenance of two multifunction printers without a purchase option

Summary

The Sóller Town Council is leasing two new multifunction printers without a purchase option, including maintenance, repairs, adjustments, toner and residual-toner containers; paper is excluded. The contract is divided into two lots: one printer for the municipal technical services and one for the Intervention Department. Each lot includes a quarterly copy allowance: 1,398 black-and-white and 4,500 colour copies for Lot 1, and 13,800 black-and-white and 930 colour copies for Lot 2. The initial term is 24 months, with an option to extend by a further two years.
