Maintenance and support services for the IBM-Lenovo technology platform of the Defensor del Pueblo

Summary

The Defensor del Pueblo is procuring 24 months of maintenance and support for its IBM-Lenovo technology platform, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The service covers computing and storage hardware, including equipment that has reached or will reach end of standard manufacturer support, as well as the platform’s base software licences. It includes fault repair, technical support, replacement parts and on-site work at the institution’s Madrid premises. The contract is not divided into lots and has a budget of €80,000 excluding VAT (€96,800 including VAT).
