Organisation of Three Kings parades and Christmas events in Finestrat

Summary

Finestrat City Council is procuring the planning, organisation, production and delivery of its Three Kings parades and related Christmas events for the 2026/27 and 2027/28 campaigns, with an optional third campaign in 2028/29. Lot 1 covers the parade in Finestrat’s historic centre and three additional Christmas entertainment activities per campaign. Lot 2 covers the La Cala parade, with routes alternating between Finestrat and La Vila Joiosa, and one Santa Claus event per campaign. The initial two-campaign budget is €140,000 including VAT.
