Framework agreement for renewal and purchase of Adobe subscriptions

Summary

INCIBE is establishing a 60-month framework agreement, or one ending earlier when the budget is exhausted, for renewing and purchasing Adobe software subscriptions. The supply covers up to 10 three-year subscriptions to creative and design applications and up to 122 three-year subscriptions for PDF editing and electronic signatures; the initial order is expected to include 50 PDF and e-signature subscriptions. Licences will be delivered digitally, with further orders placed as needed. The maximum estimated value is €133,650 excluding VAT, and the contract is not divided into lots.
