Security and protection services for EMAYA property

Summary

EMAYA is procuring a single, integrated service to guard and protect its premises and property in Mallorca. The scope includes on-site security guards, auxiliary access control, alarm-receiving and response services with keyholding, maintenance of existing alarm systems, and installation of new alarm and video-surveillance equipment, supported by integrated incident and patrol management. Estimated annual staffing comprises 52,877 hours of security-guard services and 10,708.5 hours of auxiliary services. The contract runs for two years, with one possible two-year extension; the two-year base budget is €3,190,808.60 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
