Service and implementation of a corporate system for maintenance and comprehensive asset management

Summary

The Provincial Council of Badajoz is procuring the implementation, maintenance and support of a corporate computerised maintenance and asset-management system for its buildings and services, which cover more than 90 buildings across the province. The work includes installation, configuration, process adaptation, integrations, possible data migration and training, followed by 24 months of maintenance and support; implementation may take no more than 6 months. The initial contract term is 30 months, with a possible 12-month extension. There are no lots. The total tender budget is €210,000 excluding VAT (€254,100 including VAT).
