Technical assistance to support preparation of the Catalonia Transport Infrastructure Plan and related work

Summary

The Directorate General for Mobility Infrastructure of the Government of Catalonia is procuring technical assistance in two lots. Lot 1 covers preparation and processing of the Catalonia Transport Infrastructure Plan, including related planning, mobility modelling, environmental and socioeconomic assessment, GIS and public participation work; approximately 5,670 professional hours are estimated. Lot 2 covers traffic and mobility counts, with an estimated 10 annual counts in each of four categories: 24-hour pneumatic-tube counts, week-long pneumatic-tube counts, 24-hour video-camera counts and four-hour manual counts. The total annual base budget is €357,150 excluding VAT.
