Summary

AENA is procuring a simultaneous location and crisis-management service for operational procedures at Tenerife North–Ciudad de La Laguna Airport. The service must support automated emergency alerts and coordination, including mobile applications, data storage, multi-channel notifications, conferences, and incident reporting, with ongoing software maintenance and technical support.
