Internal audit services for hospital laboratories under ISO 15189 and ISO/IEC 17025

Summary

The Valencia General University Hospital Consortium is procuring internal quality-management system audits and related technical advice for its pathology and microbiology laboratories under three lots: ISO 15189 audits for pathology (Lot 1) and microbiology (Lot 2), and an ISO/IEC 17025 audit for microbiology (Lot 3). The service covers audit preparation, risk-based review, findings reports and support for corrective actions during the 2026–2028 accreditation cycle. Each audit must include at least 14 hours of work, normally over two days.
