Summary

Correos is procuring a cloud-based SaaS EBPA platform for designing, modelling and publishing business processes and related information and documents, including process maps and organisational charts. The single, undivided contract covers implementation, ongoing maintenance and support, functional enhancements and consultancy, migration from Correos’ existing process portal, and user training. The initial term is 26 months, with one possible 12-month extension; the migration may involve up to 4,928 process models, 2,655 document objects and related maps and organisational data.
