Access to a bank account ownership database

Summary

The Provincial Council of Badajoz is procuring access to a database service for automated, real-time verification of ownership or co-ownership of bank accounts held with Spanish credit institutions. The service includes an API, secure information exchange, 24/7 handling of requests and responses, maintenance and support; verification must be returned within a maximum of 10 seconds. The contract covers one year, with a possible one-year extension, and has no lots. Estimated volumes are 12,400 queries for accounts held with the selected institution and 44,000 queries for accounts held elsewhere; the estimated value is €32,780 excluding VAT.
