INVESDOC platform maintenance and document-management improvements

Summary

Mutualia is procuring services in two lots to maintain and support its INVESDOC document-management platform, improve its document-management functions and financial-document structure, and integrate these systems with SAP S/4HANA 2025. The second lot covers functional improvements to the document scanning and cataloguing workstation for processing large volumes of records. Lot 1 also includes 150 hours of consultancy and 150 hours of development; the initial term is one year, with up to three one-year extensions for Lot 1 and none for Lot 2. The estimated amounts excluding VAT are €65,046.75 for Lot 1 and €26,620 for Lot 2.
