Platform for managing the coordination of business activities

Summary

CETARSA is procuring a web-based SaaS platform to manage the coordination of business activities (CAE), including implementation, configuration, data migration, user training, technical support, maintenance, updates and transition assistance at the end of the contract. The platform will manage documentation and access for companies, subcontractors, workers, equipment and vehicles at CETARSA sites and projects. Its included capacity must cover 250 active companies, self-employed contractors and subcontractors, 1,500 external workers, 1,000 resources, 20 sites or projects, 30,000 documents per year and 25 internal users. The initial contract term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions; the initial budget is EUR 7,000 excluding VAT and the estimated value for the maximum four-year term is EUR 14,000 excluding VAT.
