Supply of agricultural B-grade diesel to CITA 2027

Summary

The Aragon Centre for Food and Agricultural Technology Research (CITA) is procuring agricultural B-grade diesel for tanks at its Soto Lezcano site in Zaragoza, to fuel machinery, vehicles and tools used there. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with estimated, non-binding consumption of 26,000 litres per year; actual deliveries will depend on CITA’s needs, and deliveries to La Garcipollera are excluded. The price will be based on the European Commission Oil Bulletin’s weekly pre-tax reference price for Spain, less the offered discount per 1,000 litres; transport and unloading are included. The procurement is not divided into lots, and the maximum two-year budget is EUR 62,527.69 excluding VAT and EUR 75,658.50 including VAT.
