Grant of use of the Serón Gourmet Space premises at 3 Calle Gadil

Summary

The Serón Town Council is granting use of an 85 m² commercial premises at 3 Calle Gadil for 24 months to operate the “Serón – Espacio Gourmet Sabor Propio” local food-products and tourist information outlet. The service includes displaying, promoting and selling local agricultural and food products, promotional activities and online sales; the procurement is not divided into lots. The premises must open on weekends and national, regional and local public holidays. The contract may be extended by one year by mutual agreement.
