Conversion works for the Ebro 3 building into the headquarters of Aragon Radio and Television

Summary

Expo Zaragoza Empresarial is procuring works to convert the Ebro 3 building into the headquarters of the Aragon Radio and Television Corporation. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers civil works, including structures, roofing and the façade; Lot 2 covers building services in the building and the semi-basement of Frente Fluvial, including electrical, water, drainage, telecommunications, fire protection, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The works must be completed within a maximum of 20 months. The lot budgets are €15,814,524.19 and €11,740,252.34 respectively, excluding VAT.
