Integrated Maintenance, Upkeep, Gardening and Technical Management Services for the Sites of the International University of Andalusia

Summary

The International University of Andalusia is procuring, in six lots, comprehensive maintenance, upkeep and technical management for its buildings, facilities and equipment, together with grounds-maintenance services at two campuses. Lots 1–4 cover the La Cartuja site in Seville, La Rábida, Antonio Machado in Baeza and the Málaga technology campus; Lots 5–6 cover grounds maintenance at La Rábida and Baeza. Services include scheduled and corrective maintenance, as well as care of gardens, green areas, trees and irrigation systems. The initial total budget is €802,719.57 excluding VAT; the estimated total value, including two possible extensions of up to 12 months each, is €1,689,188.09 excluding VAT.
