Maintenance and support for the Dalet platform

Summary

Xarxa Audiovisual Local (XAL) is procuring three years of maintenance and support for its Dalet system ecosystem, including the Dalet Galaxy and Dalet Web-On The Go platforms, together with the transition to the manufacturer’s SaaS subscription model. The service covers the system’s licences and modules and includes the manufacturer’s extended support and the contractor’s second-line support. The contract is not divided into lots and has an estimated value of €163,487.11 excluding VAT.
