Replacement of the roof at Seròs football ground

Summary

The Municipality of Seròs is procuring the removal and replacement of the existing asbestos-containing fibre-cement roof at the Seròs football ground. The works also include complete decontamination of the interior and installation of a new roof made of 3 cm sandwich panels with rock-wool insulation, mechanically fixed to the existing concrete joists. The contract is not divided into lots; the works are expected to take three months and have an estimated value of €64,834.83 including VAT.
