Plumbing repair and maintenance services for Begur municipal buildings and facilities

Summary

Begur Town Council is procuring one year of preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance and minor renovation and installation work in municipal buildings, facilities and public spaces, starting on 1 January 2027. The work covers repairs to water, electrical and heating equipment and sanitary fittings; maintenance of public street lighting is excluded. The contract is divided into five location-based lots covering, among other sites, sports and community facilities, schools, beaches, cemeteries, the town hall and other municipal buildings. Each lot has an estimated maximum of 225 working hours per year and a €6,000 materials replenishment fund; the total budget is €66,000 excluding VAT.
