Construction of a cycle and pedestrian path along C/ Consell–Camí dels Xops–Comunitat Valenciana–Camí de la Ratlla

Xeraco City Council is procuring construction works for a cycle and pedestrian route along C/ Consell, Camí dels Xops, Comunitat Valenciana Avenue and Camí de la Ratlla. The single, non-divided contract has an estimated value of €378,532.76 excluding VAT (€458,024.64 including VAT) and a maximum execution period of four and a half months, with completion required by 31 January 2027.
