The City of Logroño is procuring technical assistance to carry out regulatory inspections and measurements at its closed municipal landfill. The work includes sampling and analysis of groundwater from three piezometers, a topographic survey of 14 control points, an on-site inspection of both landfill cells, and a final report with photographs and supporting records.
