Organisation and delivery of the San Silvestre de Galapagar race

Summary

The Municipality of Galapagar is procuring the planning, management, organisation, production, promotion and delivery of successive editions of the San Silvestre de Galapagar race, held on 31 December. The event includes urban 10 km and 5 km races and children’s races, with approximately 1,300–1,400 participants. The single, undivided service also covers event equipment and materials, timing, registration management, medical assistance, staffing, course arrangements and promotional activities. The initial contract is for two years, with an option to extend it by a further two years.
