Santa Susanna Town Council is granting the right to operate the bar-cafeteria at the Santa Susanna Social Centre, on the ground floor at the corner of Sant Ramon Street and Jaume I Street. The concession covers a 149.81 m² bar area, a 31.15 m² porch, a 20 m² basement storeroom, and the municipal furniture and equipment assigned to the premises. The authorised café offer includes drinks, coffee and tea, sandwiches, flatbreads, salads, combined meals, pastries and other compatible products. The initial term is 10 years, with the possibility of one five-year extension.
