Can Maiol estate: development and management of youth co-housing

Summary

Palau-solità i Plegamans is granting, for consideration, a surface right over part of the municipal Can Maiol estate for a cooperative youth co-housing project. The scope includes designing and carrying out the works, and managing the resulting accommodation facility for 10 households, together with shared spaces and agricultural land. The initial term is 75 years, with a possible 15-year extension; the building will revert to the municipality when the term ends.
