Preparation of the Integrated Management Plan for the Ripoll–Campdevànol Wastewater System

Summary

The Ripollès County Council is commissioning a basic Integrated Management Plan for the Ripoll–Campdevànol wastewater system to assess and reduce pollution from sewer overflows. The work includes preliminary surveys and network inventory, topographical work, cleaning selected sewer sections, CCTV inspections, monitoring and sampling, hydraulic modelling, assessment of network condition and operation, and proposals for preventive measures and a programme of actions. The network inventory baseline covers 25% of the municipal networks—approximately 14.43 km in Ripoll and 5.12 km in Campdevànol—and the baseline CCTV inspection covers about 10% of the system, or 9 km. The contract is not divided into lots, has an eight-month duration and a maximum budget of €189,445.50 excluding VAT.
