Lift Modernisation and Replacement Works in 2027 (2 Lots)

Summary

Barcelona d’Infraestructures Municipals, S.A. (BIMSA) is procuring construction works to modernise and replace lifts in Barcelona in 2027, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers replacement of the lift at Zamora–Pallars Street, with optional modernisation of two lifts at Castillejos Street and one at Thous Street. Lot 2 covers modernisation of the lift at Canfranc Street and replacement of the lift at Rosario Pi Street, with optional modernisation of two lifts at Federico García Lorca Street and replacement of the lift at Guerau de Liost Street; the works include renewal of drive and control systems, cabins, doors, remote monitoring and associated structures. The total estimated contract value, including optional works and modifications, is €2,782,806.29 excluding VAT.
