Climate-resilient adaptation of the Rocafonda municipal nursery school playground

Summary

Mataró City Council is procuring works to remodel and naturalise the outdoor playground of Rocafonda municipal nursery school, making it more climate-resilient, healthy, safe and suitable for outdoor learning and play. The works include earthworks, paving, play features, exterior carpentry, landscaping, access improvements and fencing, using natural materials and adding greenery and shade. The contract is not divided into lots; the works are to be completed within four months, with the main civil works scheduled for summer 2026. The estimated contract value is €203,895.14 excluding VAT.
