Restoration of the façades and roofs of El Mercantil, Phase 1

Summary

The Municipality of Navàs is procuring works to restore and consolidate the façades and roofs of El Mercantil, a protected local heritage building in Navàs. The single, indivisible lot includes structural consolidation, restoration of façade masonry and ornamental features, and replacement of the roofs with timber structures, insulation, waterproofing and ceramic tiles. The works are scheduled to take five months; the estimated contract value is €376,596 excluding VAT (€455,681.16 including VAT).
