Technical production and delivery of Valencia’s Christmas lights switch-on event

Summary

The Municipality of Valencia is procuring the complete technical production and delivery of its official 2026 Christmas lights switch-on event. The work covers lighting, sound, video and projection systems, stages and temporary structures, electrical supply, special effects, event management, installation, testing and removal. The event will take place in Valencia City Hall Square on a date set by the municipality between 2 and 8 November 2026; the contract will run for up to 5 days. The total contract amount is €58,500 including VAT.
