Dynamic purchasing system for custom software development and maintenance services

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Finance’s central purchasing authority is establishing a single-lot dynamic purchasing system for custom software services for public administration. The system covers software consultancy, development, implementation, auditing and maintenance, with knowledge transfer where required; the estimated value of an individual contract may not exceed EUR 1,500,000 excluding taxes. The system’s estimated total value is EUR 1,082,000,000.
