Roof renovation at Building 480, Torrejón Air Base

Summary

The Ministry of Defence is procuring the comprehensive renovation of the roof of Building 480 at Torrejón Air Base. The works include dismantling and removing the existing roof, preparing and repairing the supporting structure, installing a new roof with insulation and weatherproofing, and fitting gutters, downpipes, edge details and related components, followed by watertightness tests.
