Out-of-warranty repair services for portable computers

Summary

LogiRAIL is procuring out-of-warranty repair services for portable computers, including request handling, diagnosis, quotations, repairs, functional testing, return logistics and repair records. The estimated scope comprises 150 equipment repairs, 38 shipment-logistics units and a reserve for 15 complex repairs, plus a fixed parts reserve of €22,500 excluding VAT. The contract is planned to run from 15 November 2026 to 14 October 2027, with one possible 12-month extension.
