Design and construction supervision for the covered trinquet in Bétera

Summary

Bétera City Council is procuring architectural and engineering services for a new covered trinquet, a traditional Valencian pelota court, on Avenida Valencia 2. The contract covers the basic and detailed designs for a building of approximately 960 m² on a 4,662 m² site, including safety and health, geotechnical and topographical studies, installation and activity documentation, and the technical paperwork needed for permits and legalisation.
