Framework agreement for maintenance of EMAYA’s air-conditioning systems

Summary

EMAYA is establishing a four-year framework agreement for inspection, servicing, preventive and corrective maintenance of its air-conditioning systems, together with spare parts and the supply and installation of replacement or additional units when needed. The equipment is located at EMAYA facilities in Palma, Marratxí, Esporles, Santa Maria, Lloseta, Alaró, Bunyola and Llucalcari; the current inventory lists 252 compressor units, 359 indoor units and 30 critical units, and may grow by approximately 10%. The estimated framework value is €508,500 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
