Maintenance and technical support for the centralized climate-control and lighting system at the National Archaeological Museum

Summary

The Ministry of Culture is procuring maintenance and technical support for the centralized management and control system governing the National Archaeological Museum’s heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and lighting installations in Madrid. The service includes two annual on-site preventive maintenance reviews of at least 40 hours each, four annual remote reviews of the central management system and base software, and up to 40 annual hours of on-site corrective maintenance, alongside round-the-clock incident support. The contract has no lots, runs for 12 months from 1 April 2027 or, if later, from signature, and may be extended for up to 24 months.
