Maintenance of Technical Systems at the Ministry’s Data Centres

Summary

Spain’s Ministry of Labour and Social Economy is procuring 12 months of maintenance for the spaces and technical installations of two data centres in Madrid, starting on 15 December 2026 or, if later, on contract signature. The service covers preventive, corrective and statutory maintenance of HVAC and electrical systems, uninterruptible power supplies, fire-safety systems, plumbing, audiovisual equipment, and building, locksmith and painting works. The budget is EUR 48,720.76 excluding VAT and EUR 58,952.12 including VAT; the annual materials allowance is EUR 10,000 excluding VAT.
