Summary

The Spanish State Agency for the Higher Council for Scientific Research is procuring maintenance services for the Blas Cabrera Institute of Physical Chemistry in Madrid. The three lots cover building and installations maintenance, including legionellosis prevention and control; lift maintenance; and maintenance of fire-protection systems. The initial term is 12 months from 1 January 2027, with possible extensions of up to 36 months in 12-month periods. The total estimated initial budget is €121,600 excluding VAT, comprising €115,000 for Lot 1, €1,600 for Lot 2 and €5,000 for Lot 3.
