Maintenance and upkeep of drinking-water installations at the Gutiérrez Mellado residential centre

The Spanish Ministry of Defence’s Social Institute for the Armed Forces is procuring comprehensive maintenance and conservation of the drinking-water installations at the Capitán General Gutiérrez Mellado residential centre in Benidorm. The work covers preventive, corrective, and technical and legally required maintenance of the internal cold-water network for human consumption. The contract is not divided into lots and runs for one year from 1 March 2027, or from a later contract-signing date, through 28 February 2028; it may be extended by up to three years. The initial tender budget is €18,029 including VAT, and the estimated contract value, including extensions, is €59,600 excluding VAT.
