Preparation of the construction project for Arquilla del Agua Park

Summary

The Municipality of Alhaurín el Grande is procuring professional services for a 6,461.70 m² urban green park at Arquilla del Agua. The contract covers preparation of the basic and detailed construction project, including the health and safety study; necessary surveys and preliminary studies; construction supervision and direction of the works; health and safety coordination during construction; and a public participation process. The park is intended to provide recreational space and help retain floodwater. The services are not divided into lots; the estimated contract term is 15 months, including five months for project preparation and an estimated ten-month construction period.
