Maintenance of the monumental clock at Málaga City Hall

Summary

The City Council of Málaga is procuring comprehensive maintenance and adjustment of the monumental mechanical clock at its City Hall. The work includes a clock check, winding and time adjustment every three days, approximately 1.5 hours per visit, along with cleaning, lubrication, mechanical adjustment and maintenance of the four-dial lighting. A one-off corrective maintenance service, including the supply and installation of an anchor and associated components, is also required within two months of contract formalisation. The initial term is three years, with up to two annual extensions; the procurement is not divided into lots. The initial contract budget is €19,177.81 including VAT, and the estimated contract value is €25,535.31 excluding VAT.
