Maintenance and supply of cash-handling devices and safes

Summary

Barcelona de Serveis Municipals is procuring maintenance and potential replacement of cash-handling devices, as well as the supply and corrective maintenance of safes and under-counter safes, in two lots. Lot 1 covers preventive and corrective maintenance and possible replacement of cash-handling equipment; the current inventory comprises four devices. Lot 2 covers safes, under-counter safes, spare parts, installation and corrective maintenance; the current inventory comprises 45 safes in total. The two-year contract has a total estimated value of €78,360 excluding VAT, including a 20% provision for modifications.
