Services for the delivery of the Herrizaintza and Alfabetatze programmes

Summary

The Municipality of Elorrio is procuring a single, integrated service to deliver the Herrizaintza programme for people experiencing unwanted loneliness and the Alfabetatze programme for women’s literacy and empowerment. The work includes outreach, individual support, community activities, literacy and empowerment sessions, volunteer engagement, coordination and evaluation. The contract runs for two years, from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2028, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week; August has no scheduled programme activities.
